Adding an image over selected frames ONLY in VirtualDub

I know theres the logo option but that appears to add an image over the entire video. How do I make it only add the image to a few selected frames?

Create a separate file of just the image you want to use, then place it over only the selected frames you want in a separate video channel. Resize and you're good to go.
