it is generally a good idea to heed the will of the person that answered you, provided the answer is a legitimate like the one provided to you in this situation, instead of ignoring it like you did.

So in other news, I thought there was something put in place to prevent people from making threads when they haven't made at least 5 posts?

I believe that was toyed with, but never implemented. Would be a nice thing to have. I also wouldn't mind a basic English test to mark someone as literate before they can post, as I remember being done on Kingdom of Loathing (I'll be surprised if anyone knows what that is).

Advantages:

Disadvantages:
It's here, just being a waste of time and space. You could say the same about some of the people in here, but it would be inhumane of me to compare them to a Chinese cartoon set to music, now wouldn't it? I mean, what have the Chinese and the music business done to me (aside from them pushing all their cheap **** into the world)?

There is, but the restriction is only applied to the "Other Videos" forum.
