I'd recommend getting the 30 day trial of Sony Vegas and using that. It's easy to learn and very powerful.

controling mouth movements....umm, I can't really explain that. It just takes effort to find a video clip that looks like it is in synch with the audio.

If you need something to use to cut clips from whole episodes or something, Avidemux works pretty well.
