Woah I said I wasnt finishing that corn graphic till there was a need for it. Now yes I can make T-shirts but not on a large scale I have vinyl cutter and can also do polyester sublimation printing. I dont own a silk screener to do large jobs so I can only do small custom works. Zarxrax is better off finding a company thats willing to do the job at a decent price and Ill be more than happy to finish the graphic work.

even If I did make the shirts they wouldn't be cheap cause a 24" roll of heat transfer vinyl isn't exactly nickel and dimes as opposed to a silk screening process on a mass scale and on a side note polyester sublimation only works on white polyester shirts, mouse pads, coffee cups. shirt cost would be about 15-20 bux +shipping as long as it was kept under one color. If your wondering what heat transfer vinyl is? Its the same process thats used to put lettering on football/basketball jerseys.

Actually I take my last statement back, I been out of the T-Shirt game for a while and I re-ran price numbers for heat transfer vinyl and can do it at a material cost of 20 cents per square inch. Which is pretty damn good for running no more than 4 colors and still keeping the final price under 20 bux with shipping included in the price. Since this is a small community I can do the shirts as long as its not an astounding number of orders. somewhere under 100 shirts anything over that is more work than I can handle by myself because it does require more labor than silk screening.

Sometime over the week I might pull press out of the garage and redo the site logo then press out a shirt to see how it turns out with all that goofy font.
Whether Zarxrax claims "AMV HELL" with the exact same font type a logo or not doesn't matter. I still need permission from him to distribute T-shirts plastered with it as it can still fall under intellectual property of an organization logo when ever he feels like it while apparel isn't copyrighted logo's ARE.

Ok this is how things are going to work, I cant have suspended particles on a piece of graphic no larger than an inch with a particle no bigger than 0.5mm. The cutter can do it but when the vinyl is pulled it will take the cut particles with it. I also have to channel larger suspended pieces if I want it to pull it off in a single pass without making more work for me. I have to emulate the whole grunge look using single line paths.

I have pressed out a T-shirt for working out the kinks on the very intricate font type... Which I have come across a few, One would be the cutters not starting cuts and picking up the blade where it's suppose to on the letters. Other than that it came out great!!!!

Nothing went out the window, I had to have a test ran on the logo because it has a whole **** load of nooks and crannies in the font. Having the machine draft with just a pen doesn't show me if its doing complete cuts since the blade is .001mm and a pen is usually .5 to .7mm ( Unless your rich you can get a .2mm pen ). So theres really no better way to show me this than to have it actually cut something, If it wasnt doing complete cuts it helps me put in offsets. I already know that the corn will cut out just fine since its all rounded and doesnt have parts nearly as small.

Plus this lets me stress test the shirt to make sure temps were all ok and nothings gonna fall off XD Course I never had a shirt graphic fall off but I have burned a shirt before :P

Woah didnt know there were posts in here XD
No its still up, I had an absence of a job so buying shirts and 24" rolls of vinyl arnt exactly the something I should be doing in that position. But things have changed within that time and I am employed now ^_^ Your more than welcome to ask for the stock images I made if you wanna send it off to cafepress for your own.
On another note I should probably start that poll thread
