    Sengoku Basara: Pokemon Edition

Finally found a reason to dust off my Nintendo DS.

^ Huh... So now Pokemon seems to have gone with the "Final Fantasy Effect" too; starting from a simple turn-based-battles RPG that mainly relied on each attack's "Effectiveness" and the fighter's levels before slowly branching into new genres, such as grid-based combat, due to massive popularity.
I wonder how it's gonna tun out...

i'm looking forward to this game.
but looks like your definatly going to need to a powerful dark type pokemon.
i mean ones those guys has a mewtwo.
then again what do you do against the person with a freaking darkrai- ghost, dark type.i guess losing is a valid option
i want a giratina just to fight mewtwo.

This might turn out well. I'm hoping it will, at least. If anything, I'm just glad that Nintendo is trying something a little different this time. Of course, I'm kind of assuming that this might just be a slower and more complicated version of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, but that could be a good thing or a bad thing.

These types of games often have balancing issues of some sort. Of course, I'm pretty sure a lot of Pokemon games already have balancing issues. Also, I'm pretty sure you could bring down Darkrai with a few combined attacks. Just have your fire types swarm it and you're probably good to go.

thats probably true but still it's like mewtwo and darkrai are a couple of push overs in the acctual game series.
but i still have high hopes for this game.

If you teach mewtwo Ghost Ball he is near impossible to stop.

    you misunderstood me.
i'm very aware of the excisstance of shadowball.
i was agreeing that he probably meant shadow ball when he said ghost ball, but i hadn't thought of that and assumed that ghost ball must be a new move from black and white.
