Your left index finger would be on the "f" key while your right on the "j". (Notice the little bump on these two keys)

That's the basics of it. Your hands are on top of those keys at all times and only move from them to hit a key not in that position. If nothing else, it's a fast way to get good memory of where every letter is on the keyboard.

You don't have to be able to do 100 words a minute. If you already know where every letter is you will know how to type properly within the first week.

my wrist on the edge of the laptop if it try pressing w the laptop falls backs and vice versa
