I'm not actually sure how you'd extract the audio from that sort of file, but can't you just use that clip from youtube that you found?

That would work, however I literally have no clip-making experience and was hoping to supply the audio so someone else could make the joke :3

But making videos is incredibly simple. Besides: Pretty much anything gets accepted into Minis nowadays, so it probably wouldn't even have to be all that good in the first place. You could just download a freeware editing program like Wax or Videopad right now and get to work on it.
