And I was about to submit MH clips, but retooling the Star Driver clip with Utena using Shawn Michaels theme shouldn't be too hard.

Another wrestling anime to mention is Plawres Sanshiro, its medabots from the 80s but with a focus on wrastling.

Azteckaiser too but only the last few minutes are anime, the rest is live action.
