Zarx264gui works great, have never had any problems with it. But I still prefer to submit things uncompressed.

Submitting uncompressed videos with DSL takes way too long, so I try to submit x264 files as often as possible. However, if I had better internet, I'd probably try uncompressed submissions.

Considering AMV Hell 6 submissions will already be over by then, I'd say it's not too short of a cutoff, since it'll give people some time to submit more stuff.

UPDATE!: So far only Jinzo has submitted anything and only Haar has shown any interest in submitting. If this project doesn't gather more interest, I will be closing it down.
