Didn't you say you were attempting to give your videos punchlines?

I always try to make my clips as short as possible. At the very least, a mediocre 5 second clip is better than a mediocre minute long clip.

No matter how good or bad they are.
But that would eliminate the purpose of having judges. This would just go further and further until standards have completely dropped and complacency runs rampant.

Yes I did say that but I had this idea. it works but just lacks a joke so panda said he could go either way.

If you wait till i can get my hands on a decent copy of the snow white movie, i have a fantastic idea.
'Twas grief enough to think mankind
    All hollow, servile, insincere;
But worse to trust to my own mind
And find the same Corruption there.

I'd recycle some of my old Gantz videos with footage from the live action movies, but where would be the fun in that?

Maybe I can pull something off with G-Saviour...

So far, interest seems much lower than I had expected. If we don't get some more videos in, I might just cancel that episode of amv minis.
does it need to be from japan? or can I use something more local?

Anything is allowed. Even your own home videos. In fact, I think I'm the only person here that used some Japanese footage.

I have a live-action video that is extremely silly and stupid, but it's just over 40 seconds long. VERY stupid indeed.

No chance of cutting it down, a bit? I'm curious now and want to see it.

It's really stupid. I was at work, about to go home, checking out my new camera, and a maintenance guy started screwing around with a lab chair, so I filmed him. For some reason the song just seemed to click into my head. Everyone here at work thinks it's funny as hell. Then again they think most of my AMVs are funny as hell as well, so.....

You DO realize I'm just trolling for views for it, right??

That's John. In the closeups he was dancing to "Yello - Oh Yeah". That's our "happy music" - plays everyday on my PC just before time to go home.

SNAKE PLISKIN WITH METAL GEAR AUDIO

You know Escape from LA/New York, whatever? Its lead is the eye-patch wearing Snake Pliskin, who became the inspiration for Solid Snake (both get eye-patches, both named Snake and Pliskin).

I just wish I had the skills, cause then I'd have Escape from LA footage to Awesome series audio, like "ROAD-KILL SNAKE!", "LIQUID!!"
