    Default Metalocalypse Thread

    RULE 2: NOTHING UNRELATED TO THE TOPIC
    - 8/3/2012

    Don't know if there is any big Metalocalypse fans on here, And i know this thread isn't "anime-related". I just felt there should be a thread for it. Discuss anything about Metalocalypse here, Like, Favorite character, Favorite moment, Theories, video's, pictures, all that crap and ect.

    One thing that confuses me about this series, Is the Manager Charles Foster Ofdensen (CFO), I was talking about this with Mad, theorizing maybe he is the Anti-Christ, supporting the band members bringing about the apocalypse. And the band members themselves are reincarnations of the 4 horse men. But! There's 5 members...So, one of them isn't one of the horsemen, But i read somewhere that Toki may be Jesus Christ reincarnated, as offensive as that sounds. lol

    Another thing that confuses me is the military group, I'm assuming the leader is either Satan himself or God. But, i honestly have no idea...

    On another note....RELEASE..THE KITTIES!!!! D<

    Apparently the leader is Mephistopheles a demon featured in German folklore. From what i've seen in the bonus DVD content.

    The show's... okay. The band is pretty good - baby's first deathmetal band - but pretty good, regardless. The Fanbase on the other hand is a bunch of little ****s who think they know everything about deathmetal, and when challenged to name some deathmetal bands other than Dethklok, they respond with "Slipknot, Disturbed, Korn, and Drowning Pool" (None of which are deathmetal).

    Yeah..I've seen my share number of fans who think they know everything about metal too, and about how they're so brutal and "dark". It's just stupid lol I must admit though, I do like the bands you listed above, But i agree, those bands aren't DeathMetal at all. Personally, I think Dimmu Borgir is the blackest DeathMetal..If it's even considered that. lol

    lol probably true. But i for one actually listen to metal, the vast majority of it being death metal. A couple of favourites being Arch Enemy, One man army and the undead quartet, As i lay dying, used to like Cradle of Filth but there new **** isn't that great and my top death metal band is Cannibal Corpse and has been for years. One of my favourite songs posted below soz for going off topic lol. in the vid check George's shirt :P (vocals)

    I share the same opinion as Back. The show is just...okay. There is nothing truly spectacular about it, and I'm not a big fan of metal, especially when the lyrics are unintelligible. Like most modern TV shows it fails to capture my interest. Not even MLP succeeded (it's okay, the fandom is filled with complete morons however), nor has the Regular Show (which is ****), Adventure Time (which is just...meh), and Metalocalypse is no exception.
