Ok everything seems to be working good now, I think.
Chatbox is still really black in the dark style though.
Any other requests for the site?
I might ignore them for a few months or years, but it will get done. Maybe.

This is what happens when I click the side drop down arrow that's next to every user's name.
Also, the auto complete function appears below the chatbox, instead of as a drop down selection like it's suppose to.
It's pretty obvious that the box around the input box is much to big and I'm pretty sure that "X" above it is not suppose to be there.
It's important to note though, all these problems you see in the image above, only appear on the full page chatbox.
The archive also doesn't look as it should, we don't have the ability to edit a users chat or even remove them once they've dropped out of the chat box and into the archive.(there's no check boxes like in the image below either)

The vbulletin search engine just sucks. That's how it is.
The only real alternative is to maybe replace the quick search with a google search (while still leaving the advanced search to use the vbulletin search engine).
However this does have a downside, in that google is not able to index parts of the site that are restricted to registered users. So a google search would only return results from parts of the forum.

i though the issue was hack related since it was plausibly working before it

Well what exactly is wrong with the search? I mean it does seem to at least function properly for me, just the results aren't necessarily very relevant.
