Is anyone else here into cars?

Post your car or one you'd like to have.

Here's mine. It's a 2001 Mustang Bullitt. One of 6,500 and one of 3,000 in this color. Lots of modifications as well.

Nice Car :3 Personally the only car i have is for transport nothing more. A 1996 Opel Astra 1.6L. Very low fuel consumption which is great. I wouldn't drive anything more powerful here in south africa due to the crazy cost of petrol. Maybe if i becomes a millionaire or billionaire... The car i would love to have if money was not object is this. I know its not technically a road car but still. There are so many cars i would love to have its not even funny. But lets just say that car below is something i would love to just drive on a track. The car in the pick is a Pennzoil Nismo GTR 99 if i remember correctly

R34 is always a good choice. Personally, I'd have an R32 mainly for the fact that you can finally import one to the United States.

If you had the funds, you could import an R34 to South Africa easily. It's nearly impossible to get one here (unless, like you said, you only drove it on track)

But realistically if i was going to get a fast car for here in south africa it would be a Subaru WRX STI. The new ones look great. The reason being our road quality is terrible and the WRX is abit more ruggid than most cars, ****ing pot holes everywhere, lost count of how many times Ive had to have my wheel alignment sorted out.

Hell yes I love Subarus. My daily driver is a Forester.

    That's my old car

It had some minor dings and scratches

But I couldn't keep it registered because the bottom plate was so rusted that things that were getting detached could not be re-attached without spending more money than the car was worth. That, and the front windshield mysteriously fell off.

    2014 Toyota FT-1 Concept

Unfortunately no released stats of yet.

Toyota is so scared to release a pure sports car that I doubt this will ever see the inside of a showroom. It's been to several shows and always draws a crowd, but they've given no tentative release date or hardly any specs.

Well ye thats true, Toyota Sports cars are pretty much a rarity. I think the fastest car they have made is the Toyota GT1 which was made purely for the Le Mans 24 hour Endurance race. GT1 info below:

    1998→1999 Toyota GT-One Road Car

    engine: Twin turbo V8
    power: 447.4 kw / 600 bhp
    bhp/weight: 666.67 bhp per tonne
    torque: 650 nm / 479.4 ft lbs
    top speed ~379.72 kph / 236 mph
    0 - 60 mph ~3.2 seconds
