I have a '70 Cougar Eliminator boss 302 that my brother and I have been (slowly) restoring for about 7 years now. Daily driver is a '14 Jetta after my '93 jeep cherokee (with 411k miles) died of what can only be described as "catastrophic multiple organ failure" in December.

Sweet! The first car I ever bought with my own money was a '67 XR-7

Never mind for a moment what sort of car I want, this is the sort of vehicle I really *need*

Bloody huge, some off-road ability, lots of doors. Or more ideally this:

... although, disturbingly, that may be too small. I find myself needing to move things around a lot. And I like driving by the side of the road, instead of on it.

I'd rather have the wagoneer over the suburban. The jeep just has more character

    I'd like to drive this:

    I had a 92 Jeep Cherokee (XJ)....absolutely loved it. Stock-unstoppable, on or off-road

Loved my '93, but in the later years the structural integrity of the vehicle was made up more so by rust than actual metal. One day last year it quite literally just fell apart. I removed the majority of the vins and have been considering building a raft and giving her a proper flaming ship burial.

I don't care for most cars (and don't know much about them) but I do like the look of classic cars. Motorbikes are more my thing, but there is one car I would love to have, although it would have to be built due to there only being a few models out there that are far too expensive

Custom 1971 Ford Mustang Sportsroof named 'Eleanor' (That one is the 1967 Mustang fastback from the remake) from the Gone in 60 Seconds movie. I mainly want it for the fact it has the same name as me, which is sort of cool, and it doesn't look too bad either

The 1970 Fury appeals to me aesthetically

That design has an art to it.

    Minimalistic, functional, sleek.

Very un-cluttered. And large and useful. I'd buy one of those things just to ride around for my own purposes if I could. Cars really need to be that size and shape. Well, for me they do.

But then, I *use* the bloody things. For all they're worth.

Growing up, I always wanted a '78 Lincoln Town Car. It's hideous, but for whatever reason I've always loved them. Good thing I didn't end up scooping one up, because I parallel park in my city multiple times a day and those things are about 684 feet long, so.

Even I have to admit that the '78 Town Car is a bit too large. They shrunk to a more manageable size a couple years later. The ideal design - for personal daily use - not really well built though. American quality control in the seventies went from "pretty good" to "go buy a Honda" in about 3 years.
