I see that much, I was wondering why it was posted in the first place. Usually spam has some sort of reason but It's not advertising anything and isn't self promotional like "Check out my YouTube" or something. It's also not related to anything here as far as I can see unless V for Vendeta was brought up and I completely missed it. It's also not vulgar or offencive. I just don't get why it's here.

I imagine it was hard for people to make entries....but I love CE. There are a lot of funny clips, including some classics: Evangelion/KISS, Serial Experiments/The "All Your Base" song, Elfen Lied/Boyz in the Hood, and then.....well, we know what type of sandwich we're talking about. I strongly prefer it to 4, and most of the minis, actually.
Given all the complaints about re-used anime, you could take a different approach: have each round be a different anime (an obscure/relatively underused one).
Or, you could just do a CE minis episode. That might be less work.
I think that putting people under a bit of pressure can sponsor creativity, and force people to think of new ideas once they lose the flexibility to just put ANY random crap out.

A CE Minis episode does sound good. I would also think that each member pick a song/audio source, especially one that hasn't been done b4. In fact, I thought of just today of a song that would work, but can't think of an anime to work it with lol.
And I think it would b a good idea b/c there are ppl who do like the competition part of it, like me. Maybe its just me lol

CE had a solid premise it was just poorly executed. When I first watched it I didn't really get its purpose. Maybe another could be done if:
1) Multiple songs weren't reused (albeit appropriately, humorously, and within the constraints of the entry rules)...something AMV Hell 5 could have learned from.
2) Don't start from "Best" to "Worst". On one hand its big confidence breaker to know your entry is only decent enough to be at the tail end of the video, and it had a strong opening (DBZ with Big Balls by AC/DC? COMEDY GOLD!) but a weak closer (Movie It? Really? The song Madagascar has played out so much that its tiresome to hear that song anymore?)
So yeah...there's potential there if the entry rules and possibly the judging was done differently. The whole work with specific songs thing is pretty challenging which adds to its appeal from an artistic perspective. I wouldn't mind tossing my two cents in on a revival of that project.

the best part of CE was the Elfen Lied clip "started talkin ****, wouldnt ya know, I reached back like a pimp and I smacked the hoe!" that one was great!

there were some good clips in CE in my opinion: DBZ/Big Ballz, the two clips involving the song in Goldmember, various/Vicinity of Obscenity, love hina+/Beer!, and a few others i cant think of right off the top of my head lol
