iAMV Hell?

I was browsing around the iTunes store recently and found this, http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/a...ign-mpt=uo%3D4

Apparently, someone named "Impostor Zarxrax" has started uploading the AMV Hell series to iTunes for us all to enjoy on the go. It was started on April 19th and only has the first two episodes. That's all I know about it so far so add any info you all might find out.

Zarxrax needs to officialy do this himself. I'm sure it is done with good intentions but I don't like the idea of an imposter Zarxrax. Maybe it's just me.

Personally, I don't mind. Though, the person could at least mention the site on the page.

Then it is our duty to spread the word about this site! Screw that guy. Although I would like to see this grow (cuz I want the AMV Hell videos on my iPhone) so I am going to promote www.amvhell.com as well as this new podcast.

lol an impostor Zarxrax named Impostor Zarxrax...although I think the "AMV Hell" brand is SSGWNBTD's property and Zarxrax owns the "AMV Hell Minis" brand.


Anyone think this guy will be able to get up AMV Hell 0 and /0?

I doubt it. Apple would probably take them down the moment they appeared there.

Some of the hells zarx uploaded to youtube were once taken off. And apple is even more strict when it comes to infringing copyright(since fair use is disputed). To be honest I'll be surprised if the episodes are still up by the end of the month.

i agree. and if he's making money for something that's available for free, it's illegal.

Well all podcasts are free so unless he/she has some sort of streaming site where the video is being fed from then it is possible that person could be making ad revenue...well certainly not a few days into posting it but still.

I just watched AMV Hell 2 on iTunes and during the cutaways they don't stay they just move on to the channel flips.

Cuz he didn't make it. Unless Zarxrax or the other guy (SSB...whatever) is doing this.

Also, I checked out the podcast again today and there is a new logo and the improbable has happened, dude got the entire AMV Hell 3 movie uploaded.

Now for the imposable, (according to the release dates) AMV Hell 0 should be the next uploaded.
