So, hopefully i'm not the only one here who bought new anime today, so everyone list what they purchased today.

I purchased:

1. Ikki Tousen
2. Grenadier
3. Robot Checken v. 2 (not technically anime but still)
4. The Lord of the Rings trilogy (the one with both regular and extended edition)
5. Pan's Labyrinth

Best buy at 5 am is a bad idea by the way.

I was gonna get back into Evangelion, but last night I was sitting awake in bed looking at the DVD case and I just couldn't do it. No go on FMA either.

I like my anime with as little angst as possible, thanks.

But that's what makes it fun...

On the subject at hand: I rolled out of bed at 11:30, and I refuse to participate in today's bull****tery.

I got some upgrades for my computer. Nice big external hard drive, fancy DVD writer, and a nice printer.

Though none of that is anime, my collection will expand as a direct result.

I was going to get a free(after rebate) 256 MB graphics card and a $15 DVDRW, but I didn't think I'd have a chance unless I was there at 2 AM. And I didn't want to wait 3 hours for something that wasnt a guarentee.

We went up to the mall today for some holiday shopping. It wasen't nearly as bad as it could have been; seems like we beat the rush (which I actually kind of like). Anyway, I got my sister a pair of GIR slippers and a Borak Obama calander (inside joke). For myself, I picked up a copy of "Tekkon Kinkreet" (and yes, I had to look up how to spell that) and the new Dane Cook album. Also put a reserve down for "Paprika". Yep, it's been a good day indeed.
