That looks like Rosario+Vampire. Personally, I like the manga better than the anime though.

Not that either are worth your time, really. It's a pretty bad series no matter the format. Sorry, Jinbu, it's the truth.

they've started season 2 of the series, maybe things will get better...

Even I have gotten tired of all the fanservice nowadays
Have seen the first season, haven't watched anything of the second yet and I don't think I will either
