For the most part it was well-synced (there where a few spot where the mouths where off by just a little).

Clip quality seemed degraded, i'm assuming thats either from the upload or the editing program (i know windows movie maker degrades quality, as does uploading to youtube).

All in all, a good first video, and with practice and better tools you can only get better.
