Oh yeah, HI 2009! ;D I don't know exactly what I was doing when the clock struck 12, but I'm sure it was something unspeakable. Well, speakable, but not without a certain awkwardness for everyone else...Had a good time last night, and a fine birthday celebration to double it up. :)

Long story short, I am now rather sick...Damn throat cold...

Understandably. :P But although Vicky seems to be able to rant about awkward/sexual/embarrassing stuff endlessly and it's sort of become commonplace, me doing it might lead to a different and more uncomfortable end...I did find out that I can still get over 90% on Rock Band singing "Down With the Sickness" on Expert, while being just sober enough to see the TV screen. I'd say that's an accomplishment. :D

will people stop making such a big deal over the new yea/decade, 1. it's not the new decade because there was no year 0, 2. a new decade is way too predictable there's one every ten years and they're in no way more special then a new year which people already make too much of a big deal out of and 3. I'm ok with needing an excuse to party(though I don't think we need to fabricate one) what the hell is up with all the stupid traditions, resolutions being the big one
