Ok, this is the first round of the semifinals, so let me explain.

First of all, we have had 54 rounds of voting already. The winner of each of those rounds will appear as a contestant in the semifinals, with the following exceptions:
- "More corn" video from round 20. I have decided that this video shouldn't really be counted as a separate video from the first corn video (which of course won as well). So for that round, I will be putting the 2nd place winner into the semifinals instead.
- If other videos were just a couple of votes away from winning in any particular round, they will advance to the semifinals as well. 10 videos are being given this treatment.

There are 64 videos to be voted on, so we will have 8 rounds with 8 videos each. The videos for each round will be selected at random.

God dammit, I had a tough time deciding on this one. I finally settled for the pacman vid from Hell 0. The other two I was considering were Yatta! and Maxwell's Silver Hammer from Hell 4.

I make a motion that these voting rounds should be extended in order to get the most people voting at once. To counteract the fact that it will take longer, you could perchance have more than one semi-final round going at once. Is that possible? It's just a suggestion.
