It was shown at (I believe) 2-3 versions of AMV Hell (Choose your own fate!) at Ohayocon a few years ago. It was specifically about the dangers of cartoons and animation in PSA format. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about? And if so, what the heck is it called??
