lol but still, LOD was a PS1 game we are at the PS3 the game would definatly look awesome, and if the made a prequel it would most likly be successful because then we could see/play the story of how the first dragoons came to be exactly and who they were

I'm against sony releasing more ps3 rpg's actually since they generally use last generation graphics for them, which is FINE rpg's are about the story and I honestly can't stand people who care about graphics that much

(^_^) Abyss's part YES!! the story was the key factor of the game I agree fully on tazuto's side It was magnificent on PS1 It was mind blowing at the time now yes a little low on power house graf so if made It will look better but they need to keep the story as long and as rich as the first what they should do is remake it my old disc 4 doesnt work anymore so im stuck :'(

one of the best RPGs ever created for the PS1
its about a medevil era with dragons and such but much more awesome then you think, there are these things called Dragoons(Dragon knights) that use dragons powers to fight and their armor changes to match what element they are and they got wings and enhanced weapons and such, it starts like 10000 years ago(before the current time your in in the game)when creatures called winglies (like humans but more magical with platnium hair and wings made of light on their backs)ruled the human race until humans rose up and used dragons to fight the winglies in their giant floating homes the battle ending with almost all of the dragoons dead one turned to stone(you see him later though)and the humans winning and wiping otu most of the winglies then 10000 years later the character you are is named dart and he holds the fire dragoon but he doesnt know it and so on so on i could tell the entire 4 disk story if i wanted O-o

in short, it's an RPG of epic proportions. it was hailed for it's creative battle system, among other things. i know the basics of the story as my brother played it, and bought the action figures that go with the game. still, i never played it as mentioned.

they had a monster "capture" system that didn't work well and they managed to alienate me by changing the voice actors for the characters from the previous game (except Kratos but he was only being used as narrator) but yeah it was good
