Overall, its ambiguous and among anime fans I understand seeing Cowboy Bebop and GITS as not cult because its following is large, while Beck or Samurai Pizza Cats might.

I have gotten the first new scout weapon, I'm still getting used to it and don't know how I feel overall; it's certainly more powerful closer up but from farther away it's less powerful it also reloads more slowly and only holds 2 shots as opposed to six
