I don't know why people seem to think i'm not tolerant. I don't agree with Social conservatives or religion, but I don't go banging on thier doors to convert them as so many people have done to me. My policy is this: i don't care what you do, so long as I don't know about it. you start telling me your views on religion, and i'm not going to be shy in telling you MY views; i think fair is fair. if you don't like what I have to say, what makes you tihnk I want to hear what you have to say...you know?

And yes, when on here and joking around with friends, I do blast social conservatives and people of faith, two groups who have made it clear they would rather see me dead than happy. It's something i'm a little bitter about it. I don't judge people for their views (if you think religion is great, good for you) so I don't know why people get upset when i express my views. I can't tell you how many times i've listened to the religious right force its views down my throat. If i get upset over THAT, i'm the one who is close minded. Yet if you get upset over what I say, i'm the one being intolerant. You can't have it both ways, you know?

Me, i think we should have the same level of comfort for all; if we can't get kids in africa the proper food they need, then kids in the USA shouldn't have PS3's. I'm a 'take from the rich, and give to the poor' kind of gal. I'd like to see a world without religion and without borders so we could stop killing each other over such things. One world, unified without war or starvation, where all people are taken care of medically as a matter of principle. A world where education is a given and not a privelege of the elite. A world where we spend our money on making the world a greener place, investing in solar power instead of building missiles.

I am very much a person who believes in the system and the things that said system can accomplish. This system needs people like me. It needs people like Vicky ( A person, who for better or worse, believes in the opposite things i do), It needs people like me ( A person who is out spoken out gunned and generally regarded as a wacko in liberal society),basically you always need at least two sides of an issue or series of issues, it needs people like you the reader who is not necessarily part of this conversation but is reading this for his/her benefit ( the general public who needs to understand both sides of the argument, who needs to understand that there is Black, and there is White, but there is also Grey, too much Grey for my liking). If all of these elements are present and all of these elements allow each other to exist for better or for worse then the system gets along, but when one element tries to muscle in and push another element out or tries to silence an element or discredit an element for something the element believes in the system stops working.

My other political views are of little consequence compared to my first and foremost belief that if people are not to be treated equally, judged equally, seen equally, as people, each and every one the same, then we loose our ability to function and our identity as human beings.

Sorry i didn't mean any offance Its just kinda getting tiring with the two of you going at it. the best advice i can give you for dealing with people that annoy/hurt/never leave you alone is think of them as water on a ducks back let it all just roll off you I know it's hard to do but it really works you ever worked at a place that just made you feel like **** all the time just let it all foll off you/ dust ur boots/ just keep on going any term u want to use it helps, that and find something to vent on (not nick unless he likes that kind of thing ;) ) I use vid games the more intense the better, driving dirt courses or sand dunes kinda thing just having fun, or my fav going down to the range and letting 80 rounds loose as fast and grouped as close as i can.
