If someone figures it out please post..its scene #51 from amv hell 0 divided, its title "Zenra Shoujo Zan Kubi" but its the wrong title for the anime/hentai. Someone has to know.

I googled a while ago and somehow found this picture (http://danbooru.donmai.us/post/show/16147) (Obs!: it's a gif of a girl being decapitated by another girl while comitting seppoku :p they're both naked too.)
Maybe it's a long shot, but it looks similar to the stuff in amv hell /0
I haven't looked more into it, but maybe you'll be able to find something out (source/etc)..somehow..by reading comments/checking the tags etc.
