It's in 4 not 3. and I think it's fairly earlier in the show like 6-10, but I could be wrong I've only seen Berserk twice.

Youtube had the entire series up when I watched it a couple months ago. Also I am sure there's a handful of anime sites out there that have it. Not a lot of effort to go find which episode and then just DL that one.
