On the box at the top of the page, the one that's beneath the advert and contains the forum thread tree and the links to your profile and private messages, are a number of drop-down toolbars. Click on "AMV Hell / Minis". This will bring down a list of links to the download & credits pages for the AMV Hell series. At the bottom of the list is a separate section for AMV Minis; click on "Submit Video". That'll take you to a page with very comprehensive instructions telling you exactly how to go about doing just that.
