I would like to contribute to AMVHELL4.
I have some good ideas but vary poor technical skills
what edting program would you suggest if i'm looking
for somthing that is easy to use,keeps everything in good quality
and is easly set to the requirements that where given ?

I think they are all pretty much the same thing just a different interphase. Really it's which one you learn frist. If you become more advanced you should get Adobe After Effects.

And since your going to be creating AMVs your probably going to want to lipsyncs. So it's HIGHLY recommended you have a good photo editing program like adobe photoshop.

but one more thing
if i have a clip from a show or somthing
and i only want the audio for my AMV
can all these do that ?
cuz i tryd to do that with the windows movie maker
and couldent figure out how

most any of those can do it, some more complicated to figure it out, you can do it in wmm, but unless you have vista(wouldnt blame ya if you didnt) it only makes .wma, with most just pull the video to the audio slot and save it with nothing else in the video section, it will change it to an audio save, and if you do make the .wma dont forget to change it to mp3 with a converter.
