Pretty good for your first AMV, lot better than my first one (curse you YouTube for removing it). You used good quality clips as well although I can't say that I really liked the song, but musical taste is subjective anyways. So yeah, good job, I shall rate and subscribe and hope for more to come :)
Oh and just a warning from first hand experience: avoid nudity at all costs in an AMV, if someone flags it for nudity it can be taken down forever, which is what happened to my video, which i have no other copy of :(

It was decent. My favorite moments were 3:17-3:37 (nice used of synchronization) 4:00-end (the mood of the scene matched greatly). I'd say use a bit more synchronization when you make your next. This was nice for a first try, however.
