The thing I don't like about it is the new rating system... Five stars is too many, I guess, we need to go to a "Like It" or "Don't Like It" system.

Other features I've gotten used to.

I like it myself. Once ya get use to it, it's a hell of alot more manageable than the previous mess, especially the "related video" window, which would eff up the video I was watching if I dared scroll through it.

I'm on the fence with the "Like it" "Dont Like it" system. On the plus side, it seems more efficient since more people are more likely to 5 or 1 star a video anyway. I don't like how you can click the thumbs more than once though. I see spamming being a major problem.

The comments section sucks. It looks totally empty and clustered.

I liked the old poster/poster comments in the same box (beside the video) better. Other than that it is okay.

the thing i hate the most is you cna't actually just "send video" to everybody now - you have to pick a single person to send it too instead of "all contacts" which i'm not going to sit there and send it to my 80 or subscribers individually - ****ing retarded - since i got used to doing "send video" and just picked "all contacts" i think i miss out on alot of my subscribers commenting on my videos as thats when they normally would......I like comments :(

Besides, why are there "Commercials" before the clips start... it takes me longer to load the ads then to watch the clip...:mad::mad::mad:

It's changed to the "save to" button. Click it and it collapses into a list of "Favorites" and whatever playlists you have.

@Ranma: lol, I guess that really sucks for the popular people. :p
I've got only 30 or so friends and subscribers, and out of those people, alot of them I know personally, so I did that "click the name" thing anyway since they all have completely varying tastes.

I like how the "reply to" button actually WORKS now (replies to comments get hierarchy on the main page as well as the comments page). I'm not a fan of the like/dislike system because I was NOT a "5 or 1" voter... but a lot of people are. Also, it's nice that they don't tell you the ratio of likes to dislikes until you vote, removing the problem I have with a lot of sites; previous ratings exert peer pressure on voters and the new system avoids that.

Other than that, the interface is all of a sudden very confusing: there are no lines to divide up different expendable sections, leading me to press the wrong expansion arrow numerous times. Also, the sections don't expand in the same direction, leading to more confusion when trying to open multiple sections (like the views and description). The related videos is an improvement, and having top rated comments at the top is nice... usually. Way too many videos have top rated comments that are simply the first comment from the more popular side of a flame war.

Win some, loose some, I guess. And I'm kind of pissed they didn't retain the old ratings for old videos, even if you couldn't vote in stars anymore.

But seriously, I don't get why they changed the rating system to some like/dislike. When I searched for videos before, I checked the rating on the videos that showed up so I could avoid fakes/crappy videos, but now I can't do that. I dunno maybe they've fixed that by now somehow...The comments are more annoying to read now too, there's nothing separating the comments, it's just looks like a big lump of text...or something
