Truth be told, I've never had call to use the search system yet so I have no real opinion on it. Testing it out, though, it's the same system that I've seen used on several other forums, so I'd say to keep it as it is for the convenicence of familiarity.

yeah i'm the same way - i've never really bothered to use it - being if i'm looking for a thread thats no longer on the main page - i just go manually find it - doesn't take very long

Any search system in forums powered by vBulletin always tend to suck. I just thought it was an unavoidable inconvenience. If it can be changed, please, someone by all means change it.

Its probably the most annoying feature in this forum :/

It should be mentioned that I should have changed the poll to have a more general name. Something along the lines of "are the current peripheral features, such as the search function, member pages, thread organization, working for you?"

Because really, I have problems with ALL of them.
