Might not update it until after most of the decisions are pretty much final. It takes a lot of time to updates the list, time which would be better spent actually putting together the project.

If quabbling over 5 minutes here or there to update a simple list entitled "considering" makes or breaks the success of this project then damn, haha. Look, they've got about.. 4x40 = 160 clips. 15 secs per clip, 40 mins total.
That would mean to view the property of every clip to see who made it and put them in a list. and the use of it: NONE WHATSOEVER.
Go do something useful and make your own MEP or something. Get a life.

ouch. internet quarrels cut deep. And in reality it wouldnt take nearly that long because they already know most of the entries that are making it in, because if they didnt...then what exactly are they working on? Im just asking for SOME info, but you seem to think that working on an MEP takes every second of every day and with 1 month 7 days until its unveiling i'd say they have plenty of time, these are fairly masterful editors after all. So follow your own advice and quit stalking my thread : )

i would imagine there is more to making an mep than just updating a list so anxious people are happy. it is hard enough to edit a single editor video and make it look great. i think you can wait it out like the rest of us. i am really curious myself on what made it or not, as much as you are...the difference i am waiting till the list is updated.

i have worked on some MEPs in the past and with a little over 1 month left i am sure that these editors would have made most of the final decisions. And it is not like i am asking for a final list, a comprehensive "who's in and who's out" list here, i am merely looking for an UPDATE. And with how the introduction to the page is worded?

"Names on this page will continue to be added or removed over the next few weeks as we decide on the final lineup for the project."

I guess i was just expecting more of an effort. My bad.

Theres no point in an update if its not final. I mean really, what would anyone get out of that? See your name on the list, get all excited, then wait, a week later you're gone off the list.

Furthermore, it would take me a few hours to compile the list. I will make the list when I make the credits, 2 birds with 1 stone.

To be honest I'm not sure if I even want a list. I think I may just watch it and see which ones of mine made it in. Don't let that stop you from making the list though. Many-a-people wish to see it ;D
