Could this Eva Hell Music Video also be considered a fanparody?

I know hell videos aren't usually considered fanparodies...
So let's not debate the unnecessary....
However, this hell video makes serious and hilarious fun of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
An AMV is defined as such:
An anime music video (AMV) is a music video consisting of clips from one or more cartoons set to an audio track often songs or movie/show trailer audio. The term usually refers to fan-made unofficial videos. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anime_music_videos
A parody is defined as:
A parody (pronounced /ˈp?rədiː/; also called send-up , spoof or lampoon), in contemporary usage, is a work created to mock, comment on, or make fun at an original work, its subject, author, style, or some other target, by means of humorous, satiric or ironic imitation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parody
This video accomplishes both. It does not just have one track of music on it, it has several tracks of music on it. To the untrained idiot these tracks might seem to be miscellaneous, but a person with a little intelligence might see the fact that music is choreographed in such a way that it intentionally makes fun of Neon Genesis Evangelion. For god sakes, this video has the music from Jeopardy on it giving a humorous mood to the long last moments of Kaworu Nagisa’s life (the fifth child and last angel).
It has several non-musical audio dialogue from a lot movies choreographed in such a way that it intentionally makes fun of Neon Genesis Evangelion...everything from Star Wars to Dirty Harry to Red Dwarf.
The guys who do the hell series obviously didn’t make Neon Genesis Evangelion, so if anything they would have to be fans.
So my question to you is:
Could this hell video also be considered a fanparody?
