In the spirit of the March Madness NCAA b-ball tournament, I decided to make one as well. I took my top 64 favorite anime, and put them in a bracket [shown below]. Ranks are determined by how much I like the series.
Week by week, I'll put match-ups for vote, and everyone will vote for a winner anime of each match-up [will put each Round per week]. Voting will start at 12:01am EDT on Wednesday, and will end at 11:59pm EDT on Saturday Night of each week]. I'll announce the winners of each match-up, and will continue with the next round the next week, and will continue until an anime is crowned. If an anime ties at the end of the time limit, my vote will break the tie. Bracket goes as follows:

For some anime, you are voting for the series as a whole and not just an individual season/generation [like The World God Only Knows, Ika Musume, Pokemon, Digimon, etc],

The community has nothing to do with **** quality of the tournament, in terms of Saimoe. (Though, even without the rigged fanboys that run it, it is still pretty ****ty)
Here's an example of Saimoe:
Cowboy Bebop vs. Nichijou is the first round. Cowboy Bebop wins fairly (Well, 'fair' by Saimoe's terms); however, because Hoso, or anybody managing the tournament, is a massive fan of Nichijou and hates that it lost to Cowboy Bebop, he disqualifies Cowboy Bebop (Usually the disqualification goes unjustified; however, the "justified" reason is because the opposition used proxies) and has Nichijou win.

personally, this is strictly by vote by the amv hell community. im honestly doing this bracket with 100% honesty.
and you just found one of those hard match-ups i feel will get upset, but idk, it is Nichijou we are talking about x3 but it will be a tough, close one lol

I'm thinking about taking the losers from round 1, and start another tournament, but instead of a winner, find amv hell's least popular anime, where the loser of each round goes to the next round, until only one remains, and that anime would be the bottom of the totem pole. How interesting does that sound?

The extended tourney, which will be called "July Naraku," will be delayed until comp problems are fixed. Might delay until August if necessary...

The new computer is set, and the bracket set up, so August Naraku [the loser's bracket] will begin tomorrow at midnite EDT. Voting will consist over 3 days instead of 4, and the next round will start asap instead of the next week

as a reminder, u r still voting for the anime you want to win; the loser will go to the next round while the winner avoids being amv hell's least fav anime.
