Here's some AMV Hell "backups" on YouTube.

These could be pulled down, as YouTube thinks there are major, full-length song copyright violations happening. Big deal. If anything, and I've seen this, AMV Hell has stimulate purchase of anime and music.

AMV Hell (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Vzdjkgs90U)

AMV Hell 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulZsDUI_kGI)

AMV Hell 3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tieHbQAOcss)

Oh, and this weird show:

Wouldn't it just be easier to use Vimeo?

The YouTube links on the AMV Hell 3, 4 and I think 5 page also are down.
Probably should be removed from the page.
And not worth replacing, since it'll be an ongoing battle to use YouTube.

Which is why I suggest Vimeo. They really don't care about this Copyright stuff, for the most part.

Youtube has way too many variables when it comes to copyright, so in the words of Bonehimer, as seen here. (http://www.amvhell.com/showthread.php?4432-VGMV-Apocalypze-near-completion-can-you-survive&p=239579#post239579)

Throw that bitch up in vimeo, its the place to be.

Of course, I get the feeling that I'm going to have to be the one to upload them, aren't I?

Some licensor's host their respective anime on their official Youtube page, so that could be the case.

Google/YouTube removed the vids. Sorry, just wanted to be helpful.

Since no one is listening to me, I'm going to take affirmative action and upload them myself to Vimeo. I mean, you'd think that after I brought it up 3 times, someone would have already done it, but I guess I should've know I'd have to be the one to do anything that involves superior methods.

More videos than youtube, no. Fewer Copyright Claims, less retarded children, and faster buffering for videos, yes.

When it comes to uploading your own videos, it really can't be beat, sans using your own server. If you want to get lots of polarizing feedback and views, try Youtube. Anything else (other than Let's Plays and videos using video game footage), use Vimeo.

That being said, I'm currently encoding the longer videos to x264 to get a smaller filesize.
