at 1hour 6minutes and 40secounds in the credits of amv hell 3 the motion picture.. PLUE from fairy tail one of lucys celestrial summons is shown. fairy tail wasnt even out when amv hell 3 the motion picture was released.

He's also from Rave Master (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1784), which was released long before Fairy Tail.

you probably saw this it's rave master but is basically the same character in design.
