I don't know if this really counts as "technical", But I'm having trouble playing The Sims 3 base game, Every time i go into Create-a-Sim it freezes half way through while making my Sim, I tried going into Create-a-Sim several times and each time it froze. I even reformatted my computer and returned Windows to it's factory state, I tried playing TS3 again today and guess what happened? It froze. Again. D;
Do you might know what could be causing this? Here's my information xDD :

Also, I should add that i put a few dozen Mods into the game, like, Hair styles + Make-up + Clothing that kind of stuff, Do you think the Mods could be causing this issue? The weird thing is, I played TS3 many times before with twice the mods i have now and it worked just fine, But all of the sudden the game seems to be giving me some problems.
