Sadly its fake but if the judge doesn't specify payment method they should either do it in pennies or even more of a jab Microsoft points cards if that would even work legally. Truthfully Apple deserves a boot up the ass for this. Instead of trying to make a better I phone that will last more than a couple months they are suing their biggest competitor to get rid of a handful of said competitors products off the market. When did Apple become Microsoft for ****s sake. Next thing you know you'll get a free Iphone and Ipad for buying a Mac or Ibook just to get more people to buy their overpriced ****.
