My friend recently started up a website dedicated to video walkthroughs of games, and as a largely game-and-anime-based community, I thought you all may be interested:

All it really is is a collection of youtube videos, witch I highly doubt your friend made all of himself or where made by other users of the site. To me it makes the whole thing seem like just a really cheap ploy to get views on his site without doing a lot of work
suggestions.
1: Have people actually say int video description if it was made for the site
2: Start only using video's that where specifically made for the site
3. Try to get people to use blip.tv instead of youtube, blip.tv caps video length at an hour instead of youtubes 11 minute time cap
4. Have the video's embedded, not just links

I already have my sources for video game walkthroughs and lets plays, but I think its nice that someone took the time to compile them all for our convenience, just hope they dont get taken down.
