The ops and eds that I have enjoyed the most are cowboy bebop, samurai champloo, angelbeats, baccano, kare kano, chihayafuru, Sankarea, paradise kiss, and of course, Nana. hellsing's was good too, and a bunch of others, but these always come to kind first.
