So I recently torrented AMV Hell 5, and when it was finished, I opened the mp4 and the video was SUUUUPER glitchy. Like the image was pixelated/switching back and forth between scenes really fast. The sound was fine, but the video itself was freaking out. Any ideas why this is happening?

It works fine for me. What player are you using? Have you tried using a different one?

The solution was to upgrade to the newest MPC, VLC or CCCP.
