its just a matter of random number generator manipulation. its very complicated but to sum it up i find out where in the RNG a shiny pokemon would appear then i advance the frame to that point. i can even choose nature and IV's to some extent ^^ you should see this suicune i caught. its got amazing stats. im going to say again there is no hacking involved >_>
