Off the top of my head, I'd suggest acquiring raws or softsubbed episodes. Disregarding that, your cuts and fades are fairly good.

It's kinda hard to find raws.
Like i've said, i'm a begginner. In my last AMV i've resolved the subtitle problems.

No problem. If you're having trouble finding raws, though, you can easily get them from nyaatorrents. Either that, or you could use anime-take for direct downloads.

the sync could use some better timing in some places
the slowmos [chopy] and a few general edits are painfully visible.
also do not use affects were they arent needed, the dark sides would be more fitting in the defeating the dark amv rather then hero of the leaf. simple example of how affects are used "character punches - camera shakes" the rest is up to your creativity.
