Ok, so I have here a list of the anime that will appear in AMV Hell 6.66.
I want to make sure that they are written consistently. For instance, if an anime is known by multiple names, it needs to use the same name all through the credits (official english name if available), and punctuation stuff needs to be consistent.

I see squid girl and Shinryaku! Ika Musume they are the same with squid girl being the English name

Assuming all of those ones just written as Jojo's Bizarre Adventure are mine, those are from the 2012 version, rather than the 1993 or 2000 OVA.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters is just the long Japanese title for the series and Yu-Gi-Oh will probably suffice

Magi and Magi: The Magical Labyrinth are the same thing.

Rockman.EXE Stream is just the Japanese title for a season of MegaMan NT Warrior that didn't get shown outside of Japan.

Just from a quick runthrough, I notice...

There is no "Panty and Stocking", or any other variation, only "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt".

There is no "Dragon Ball Kai", only "Dragon Ball Z Kai".

There is no "Haruhi", only "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya"

Also, "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi-chan" should be "The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya".
(Which is an actual spin-off.)

I might take a closer look at the list when I get off work.

That was me, my bad, though not really a mistake, I put the jap name, but english would obviously be surname last "The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya"

There seems to be multiple variations of "Chuunibyou demo Koi ga ****ai!" as far as capitalization goes.

I have corrected rows 44 & 231 (giving Rebuild 2.22's full title); 88 (full title again); 102 (just capitalisation); 9, 17, 65, 134, 183, 207, 234 & 235 (translating titles); 78 (making it consistent with "Gurren Lagann" across the rest of the credits - the official English drops the "Tengen Toppa"); and 191 & 245 (maybe pedantic, but "Highschool" is given as one word in the official title, and it also matches row 77).

I'm pretty sure that absolutely NOBODY IN THIS WORLD call Nichijou "My Ordinary Life." Even your official publisher in the United States*.

If there is not a translated title from an officially licensed version, its best to go with the generally accepted Japanese title.

Seems weird (the official poster have only the name "Nichijou" on it and don't mention the translated name) but ok I'll take it. But it's really necessary to mention that obscure american name instead of the more popular japanese - and international name (in Europe it's officially Nichijou, plain and simple) ?

(Wow, crunchyroll is bat**** crazy with the translations. They replace "Working!!" by "Wagnaria!!". No freaking sense.)

I've always preferred using the Japanese titles(unless the English title is overwhelmingly popular). Would probably be easier to stay consistent as well.
It just gets to tedious to see what's all been licensed and whatever the hell they decide to call it.

For example, to stay consistent I assume, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai (aka S2, never licensed US) has been edited in the spread sheet as "When They Cry II: Higurashi", which I've never seen it called anywhere. (Closest I could find is When They Cry II: Solutions, which is also a very unheard of title for it.)

Alright, thanks for all the help and input guys, I'll be taking it and finish up the credits sometime today. Probably get the final version encoded either tonight or tomorrow, then watch over it again (for like the 10th time) tomorrow to make sure there are no problems I missed, and then finally release on friday!

That was me. I didn't realize that the other seasons hadn't been licensed, but I tried to keep a consistent naming convention. If that's the case, I think all the Higurashi and Umineko series should just use their Japanese names. Sorry if it caused any trouble.
