Sup guys!:D

This is one of my latest amv and is suppose to be an attempted on a anime mix amv. The Amv contains 27 different anime and the song is Some Nights by Fun.. Im maybe not the most skilled amv maker but I have done a few before so I hope this doesn't come out too bad^^ Both good and bad criticism are welcomed!

You're doing it wrong!You are supposed to say "no negative feedback you baka fags!" and just expect people to love your amv...

also there is a self promotion thread for amvs...

but now that I am done with that I can say I sort of enjoyed it... I mean it wasn't bad... but I HATE that song with a passion and it is pretty overused.

I really liked the transition at 1:05.

I also felt like a few of the scenes didn't really fit the lyrics, but for the most part they did. There was some nice lip syncs in it as well.

Generally, I liked it.

Editing, I liked how you tried to keep with the pulse of the song with cuts for the beat, while using pauses for gaps, I liked that. Images moving with the sound of the song.

Critically, I hate multi-anime AMV's because "Hey, I'll just take a bunch of scenes from different animes until the song is covered"

Technically, LOGOS EVERYWHERE! Made more obvious by lots of different logos and when you zoomed in some scenes



Before I continue and so I don't say something dumb, could you tell me what the common theme across all 27 anime shows was?

Or was it simply, god-forbid, just for scenes to match the song?

It was more that I wanted to test it. Have done a number of amv before but never an anime mix, so it was more like: "wth lets give it a go".

Haha again, I'm too much of a lazy bastard to fix that. When I do a solo anime amv I always try to find a torrent pack without watermarks, but with so many different anime I just didn't care. The reason why some clips are zoomed in is because they still had subtitles on them and god forbid I won't have any subtitles

Quantity over quality! No but srsly though, I guess I thought that if this is going to be my first anime mix then I'm gonna mix the f**k out of it

Overused hoho yes indeed, that's why I can't get it out of my head. This amv is like a therapy to me
