i have downloaded amv hell 5 the other day and when i went to go watch it, i couldn't open the video file. iTunes would say that it's not a valid win32 file and it doesn't open at all with real player. someone help me solve this problem.:(

Try downloading k-lite codec pack with media player classic. Also make sure that you have downloaded full file. Also which format of video file you have - avi or mkv?

there is your problem..iTunes..but ya get k-lite and/or zoomplayer

get cccp and Gom player. zoomplayer wont play it correctly for me. gom works just fine for AMV Hell 5. but i use Zoom for all other anime. itunes does in fact suck at video playback. and realplayer is a complete waist. gom player realplayer formats. i suggest killing realplayer.

I'm having trouble too. I downloaded the torrent (mp4) and am using Media Player Classic, but sound seems to be horrendously (5+ seconds) out of sync with picture.

The codecs in use seem to be Haali Media Splitter 1.9.42.1 and ffdshow 3158 (audio and video). Media Player Classic is version 1.3.1458.0.

Never mind, it turned out to be old codecs, I installed the latest k-lite pack and now everything works fine.

ya and I forgot to thank you for making it..I use to be good at it back in the days of windows 98 when HTML and flash was basicly required for net fun but....I've lost me touch

though I gotta say real player was useful when 10 came out so you can take vids off youtube and such but now it's all java/flash so now real player has no use
