Definitely one of the better rounds IMO. In the end, I went with #4 (the audio sync was what won me over).

As for additional comments, I could so see a whole video set to the pairing in clip 1 (Hanagata is such the perfect "loser").

Hmm. When there was a stinker it was pretty bad, however there were alot of excellent ones. I have my choice in personal affinity 8 with Duke Togo as I am a fan of Golgo 13 and it was pretty well done, not the greatest. Then there is 14 with Roujin Z, love the anime however I am not able to decide how great the clip is vs just how much I like Roujin Z.

15 is just a great idea done very well. 16 was well done and great idea but dosnt tickle me enough to vote for. 7 is simple and yet its pretty nicely done. 9 its just a great concept done great and I really wanna vote for it...I think I will vote 9 for the idea is great, the editing was great and all those extra things to truly mkae it like the tv show.

What, no Evangelion? Color me surprised!

Favorites are #4, 8, 9 & 13. #4 won out; I can't help but smile when I watch it.

Nostalgic ones are #2 and 7 (for the songs) and 14; I never saw Gargoyles... I would have included #13 had they used the original "Bad Boys," not the remix.

Edit: And is it just me or is the lip-syncing off in several of the videos...? But all in all this is probably the best Challenge yet!

After a 2nd watch, it's a tie between 4 & 16.

4 was all around fun to watch and made me laugh. 16 gave me goosebumps because it was so good. So I'm flipping a coin.

And it was 4. Damn, oh well. Can't cheat that.

With G Gundam poping up in the last two vids I now want to rewatch it.

01 – Too sexy – Not bad. Syncing the lip-flaps would have made this look a little better.
The record-needle SFX and pause at the end didn’t really feel necessary or help deliver the gag.
The character exposes his chest- it’s not as sexy as the song suggests… hardly a shocking revelation worthy of a record-skip… but the joke works fine enough, no need to dwell on it for 4 seconds.

02 – Woot! Underpants – As much as I enjoy the gorgeous car animation and underpants x gun combo, the audio and video here didn’t seem to complement each other in a humorous way.
I’m not familiar with either source, so maybe the joke just flew over my head.

04 – Cowboy BeBounce – Maybe the first two “Jump around”s could have been cut out for brevity, but otherwise - cute. I chuckled.

05 – Gaston – the video quality can be forgiven, the idea is there- but the editing let this one down. The lip-syncing could have been improved, it might have also been worth starting the clip at the 1:55 mark, cutting out the reuse of the talking announcer.

06 – Universe man – when we hear or see a familiar clip we’ll naturally want to compare it to the original, and on that note- this entry doesn’t fit the song as well as the clip we saw in Hell 5 with Gurren Lagann, and it didn’t put a fresh spin on the idea either.
Although this entry isn’t technically flawed in any way, it just comes across as uninspired.

08 – Duke Shoopem – I’ll just say that the shooping at the end made me laugh for both the right and wrong reasons.

09 – Satan’s Legendary Journeys – Good fit, good editing, and funny. Perfect.

10 – Creepy mermaid chick – I wonder if the gag would have worked just as well without everything preceding the 4:42 mark, it didn’t really tell me anything important that I could interpret.

15 – Moonlight – Could have shaved off 4 or 5 seconds from the end, but a good entry regardless.

16 – Gargoyles – The best editing I’ve seen in a long time.

18 – More than often – this entry required at least 70% more rainbows, unicorns and or gay. Please bear this in mind next time.

Wow. I mean.....wow, I don't even know what to say. I thought the other clips were going to get more votes. I mean that too, this was a really good episode overall, a LOT of good clips in this one. (My favorites were #8, 15, 16, and 17. Ended up voting for 17, for some reason it just made me laugh the hardest.)

I'm surprised that I received even 3 votes for video 14, to be honest - it was practically last minute and something I threw together in less than 45 minutes just to keep my hand in! I suppose Roujin-Z ticked the nostalgia whisker of a few people.
