Definitely either Di Gi Charat or Lucky Star. Meh, I had to go with Lucky Star.

It's the character design that looks like elementary school toward pre-teen ages. Japanese girls (and boys) are so adorable. And also, the main characters are look like in high school.

There's only one thing cuter than Lucky Star...K-On! (I <3 Mio, Azusa, & Yui)

Also, Azumanga is another one (depending on how you look at it. I consider Chiyo & Osaka to be cute).

Sadly, it doesn't exist...yet. (My friend would love it if a Yotsuba anime came out. She's a huge Azuma Kiyohiko fan.) Still, I would've loved to see the "Yotsuba & Revenge" chapter from the manga turned into an anime.

In terms of cutest anime, I suppose you could also put Shugo Chara up there.

Meh, it's kinda like Lucky Star & Azumanga, an anime that develops only a slight amount of plot.

The difference between K-On & Lucky Star? ...IT HAS ROCK MUSIC!

Well, not really. I wouldn't really call it rock. It's more along the lines of pop rock. Still, HTT beats Katy Perry anyday.

Overall, I like the series. I'm still in the middle of Season 2.
