It depends on what gamegrumps audio is being used for which scene
The scene where Erin is inside the Titan's mouth works perfectly with the gamegrumps audio where Erin is screaming "WHAT IS THIS? WHAT IS THIS? WHAT IS MY LIFE" (which I've seen someone do on youtube)
but the Catharsis moment when Egoraptor (Arin) is laughing manically and screaming "YOUR DEAD SON, YOUR MOTHER EFFING DEAD, I WIN... MY WIN" with Jontron crying in the background would have to be placed with Erin becoming a titan and killing the other ones or have someone destroying lots of enemies, shooting enemies, exploding things etc.

and the "Three Foot Penis Song" sung by Arin could pretty much be used by anything with the appropriate censor bar.

It Depends on what audio is being used to what anime. I may not know Billy Herington, but if it's put into the right situation in an anime amv hell skit it may work. Half the stuff on the previous amv hells I didn't recognize but I found them hilarious and I wound up looking many of them up and when I got even more information on them it made the joke even more funny.

Been done, quite well too. Was followed by "Patrick, you're supposed to let me win" to which Majin Buu starts beating himself up begging for mercy.
